Some of us spent the early afternoon together witnessing a feat of nature. The hunter and the prey squared of about 12:45. A few people at first saw the hawk. Then a few more, then a few more. It got so crowed outside of Crouse hall's North door a police officer was sent to make sure nothing got out of control. Many of us had our phone taking video, others pictures, still others calling friends telling them to get over here, others asking teachers if they could use this as a good excuse to miss class today!
I was one of the first three there taking video. I would really like for all of us to get together and have the video and pictures put in a place for all to see. For those of us that were there to actually witness this first hand. I was incredible! It really didn't matter who you were rooting for, it was a bout 50/50 hawk/squirrel, it was awesome! If you would please, leave a comment and or post you video/photos to this or another site. (maybe flikr?)
